The children have started to make a map of the local area, on the wall at school.

In this photo you can see some traffic lights and zebra crossings, a bicycle shop and the local coffee house.

POLICE BOX に行きました

Today we took our little criminals to meet the police.

The police officers were lovely, but no matter how much we begged them they would not take the children....

ハロウィーン

Halloween and Guy Fawkes party.

Everyone had a lovely time. The children were great and the parents did a wonderful job of cooking for everyone.

新しいお客様

This is our school pet. His name is Buddy Holly. Buddy recently turned into a pupa. Hopefully in a couple of months Buddy will have a beautiful pair of wings.

Today we ran out of plates and forks.

Actually we were practicing some games for our halloween party!

遠足・・兵庫県・山崎へ

We all had a lovely time on the farm. The children dug for sweet potatoes, picked green beans and tomatoes and helped the farmer to make mochi.

Sports Day!

Thankyou very much to all the parents who came to the 4th Aye-Aye sports day and gave their support.

久しぶりの晴天。青空のもと、太陽の力でポップコーン

Today was a lovely sunny day so we decided to make some enviromentally friendly popcorn.
The big silver contraption is a solar cooker. We used it to trap the sunlight and cook the corn, which we put in a frying pan.

Today is our tanabata party!! Everyone is wearing their yukatas and jinbeis. Dont they look cool!

アイアイフェスティバル

Thank you!!! to everyone who helped with our festival and to everyone who came.

We had a great time. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was fun.

We also managed to raise some money for the school.

So all in all a very sucessful day!!

海の底

It's getting lonely on the bottom of the sea. They are waiting for all the lovely parents to come and join them for the 3rd annual Aye-Aye festival.

We all hope it goes swimmingly!!

音楽の時間

Its tuesday which means a music lesson with Kiyoe.

This is the perfect way to work up an appetite before lunch. Singing, dancing and playing instruments. The children look forward to this every week.

遠足

This is the day we took our own little animals to the zoo. They had a great time. The lions, giraffes and alligators were all big crowd pullers. The childrens favourite though was the green tree python.

Another great trip!!

実験

Today we did an experiment, mixing colours, we found that if we mix any of the primary colours together we can make a secondary colour...........red+blue=purple
